SAY WHAT?: Mr. Depopulation--Henry A.'Heinz Alfred' Kissinger

Kissingers, proportedly fleed from  Nazi persecution in 1938, infamous quote removed from the now declassified  National
Security Study Memorandum 200: "Depopulation should be the highest
priority of U.S. foreign policy towards the Third World...reasons of
national security, and because the U.S. economy will require large and
increasing amounts of minerals from abroad, especially from
less-developed countries"~Henry Kissinger. This coming on the
heals of "Why the US and China are investing in Africa";  the Ebola
outbreak... It makes my skin crawl and hairs stand up
